Hi, Everyone, let me take a moment to personally introduce myself to You!

I’m Steve Brown the Founder of Paradise Rental Vacations and Paradise Rental Fund, and for over 30 years now, I’ve had involvement with many facets of real estate ownership and sales, hotel ownership, and hospitality management, along with experience in the tourism industry and travel booking.

This unique combination of background and experience gives me the ability to act as the perfect intermediary between the owner of a vacation home and a visitor desiring a relaxing and unencumbered travel experience in Puerto Rico.

I love what I do, as it involves giving people a wonderful vacation experience in paradise!

Our Story

I didn’t originally intend to live full-time in Puerto Rico at first, but as I vacationed here, I fell so in love with the area that I eventually made the decision to become a year-round resident.

These days, we own a few vacation rental properties, and we manage others for quite a few out-of-town owners, and also for a number of other owners who live here on the island too.

Whether it’s a couple on a romantic getaway or a large family gathering, we have a wide variety of properties perfectly suited to fulfill the needs of a wide range of guests. Our goal is to help make everyone’s vacation to Puerto Rico one they will enjoy and remember for a lifetime.
